An international collective of designers and planners in Friedrichshain, dedicated to the art of building and the preservation of architectural integrity. Founded in 2019, ARCH x TECTURE is an interdisciplinary studio specializing in the thoughtful densification of the city. We focus on the seamless transition from a client’s initial idea to a finished building – from high-end attic conversions that create vital new living space to design concepts for public and residential spaces.

As general planners, we manage the entire HOAI lifecycle – from the initial Bauantrag (planning permit) to execution planning and site supervision. Our approach is defined by an uncompromising attention to detail, ensuring that we look beyond mere building codes to focus on the individual priorities of our clients. We strive to create site-specific, sustainable solutions that balance the practical needs of those we design for with a deep respect for the existing urban character.
